What's Inside
Facility Amenities
Everything under one roof, purpose-built for baseball and softball development.
Baseball Cages
Eight 75-foot cages, each with a Hack Attack pitching machine, pitching mound, and 20-foot cage height for true ball flight tracking. All cages are fully retractable for open configurations.
Softball Cages
Two dedicated 40-foot softball cages — one equipped with a Hack Attack machine, one with a Juggs machine. Also available to baseball players for shorter-distance work.
Weight Room
A dedicated strength and conditioning space for FOC members — full power rack, free weights, slam balls, medicine balls, and water bags. Built to support the physical side of athlete development alongside on-field work.
20 ft Plyo Wall
A full-height plyo wall for throwing weighted balls, medicine balls, and plyometric work. J-Band attachment points included for arm care and warmup routines.
Team Meeting Room
A private meeting room available for team film sessions, pre/post-practice meetings, and recruiting visits. Included with Full Facility and Half Facility rentals.
Parent Lounge
A comfortable space for parents to relax while their athletes train. We encourage parents to use the lounge — keeping the training floor focused and productive.
Data-Driven Development
Training Technology
The same equipment MLB and college programs use, available for instruction at FOC.
Rapsodo 2.0 — Baseball & Softball
Real pitch velocity, spin rate, and exit velocity — the same numbers college coaches and recruiters look at.
Blast Motion
Grades bat speed and swing quality on the same 20-80 scouting scale, so hitters know exactly where they stand.
Edgertronic High-Speed Camera
Frame-by-frame video for pitch design and mechanical work — the same camera MLB and college programs use for advanced instruction.
The Futures App
Athletes take their workouts and video home, so progress keeps going between visits.

Who We Are
What We Believe
These aren't just words on a wall — they're how we show up every day for every athlete who walks through our doors.
01
Respect & Honesty
We treat every athlete, parent, and family with respect and straightforward honesty — no shortcuts, no empty promises.
02
Safe & Positive Environment
We create a space where kids and adults alike can train hard, make mistakes, and grow — without fear of embarrassment or negativity.
03
Real Relationships
We invest in getting to know each athlete — their goals, their strengths, and what drives them. Development starts with trust.
04
Individual-First Coaching
Every athlete is different. We adjust our teaching style, our approach, and our expectations to fit the player in front of us — not a template.
05
Competitive Development
We believe in developing athletes who compete. Real improvement means pushing toward higher levels — whether that's the next age group, high school, college, or beyond.
06
Teaching the Game Right
Fundamentals matter. Perspective matters. We teach the game the way it should be taught — with the right habits, the right mindset, and a genuine love for baseball and softball.
