Velocity & Power Output Regimen
A 9-week high-performance pitching development program for serious high school pitchers. Combines in-person coaching with individualized training through The Futures App — velocity, command, strength, mobility, and arm care. Velocity is the result of development, not the starting point.
How it's structured: Phase 1 (Sept) builds movement efficiency, foundational strength, and arm-care habits. Phase 2 (Oct, Week 5+) layers in high-intensity throwing twice weekly, with velocity and spin rate tracked on Rapsodo — baseline tested, progressed, and retested by Week 8.
