WELCOME TO THE GRIND!
We’re into Week 7! Don’t sleep on the behind the scenes strengthening the J-Band circuit combined with weekly long toss will provide come spring. Stick with it and keep GRINDING!
GRIND is a program adapted from numerous collegiate arm care and basic strength principles for the youth athlete. It is designed to be as much an exercise in discipline and attention to detail as it is conditioning.
GRIND DATES: November 4th - February 28th
Welcome back to those who participated last year! Welcome to all newcomers.
Participants will meet up prior to program launch at FOC for pre-program measurements on a variety of core fitness, agility, strength, explosiveness movements.
Post-program measurements will also be captured to show progress and efficacy.
